We are pleased to announce an upcoming webinar hosted by the San Francisco Bay Area InfraGard Members Alliance which will feature three distinguished speakers presenting on the Russia/Ukraine situation and the potential impact for the private sector. This webinar will provide an update on the Russia-Ukraine situation with respect to Vladimir Putin and Russia’s actions in Ukraine as well as on the global stage. It will also speak to the cyber landscape in the United States as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and how the worsening US-Russia relations and the unfriendly business environment in Russia could affect the private sector in the Bay Area.
Presenters:
Robert Person, Dr. US Military Academy at West Point
Dr. Person is an associate professor of international relations at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Director of West Point’s International Affairs curriculum. He holds a PhD in political science from Yale University.

Assistant Special Agent in Charge Elvis Chan oversees the FBI San Francisco Cyber Program. ASAC
Kathryn Nishi, IA , FBI San Francisco, Intelligence Program
Kathryn Nishi is a strategic Intelligence Analyst who works Russia-related counterintelligence and cyber threats at FBI San Francisco.
