GETS/WPS Program

GETS / WPS Program – Emergency Communications

GETS is a priority government telecommunications program that is for use during an emergency. WPS is the wireless (cell phone) version of the same system.

We have two U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs available to you.

  • GETS CALLING CARD: is offered at NO cost to ALL InfraGard Members with active membership status. You are not charged for the card or the usage on your GETS calling card. (www.dhs.gov/GETS)
  • WIRELESS PRIORITY SERVICE (WPS): has costs associated and is offered to ALL InfraGard Members with active membership status. (Notes: If you sign up for WPS, you are personally responsible for all WPS costs (https://www.dhs.gov/wps-costs). One time WPS activation cost of no more than $10 per phone + monthly WPS service feature cost of no more than $4.50 per phone + no more than a 75 cents per minute usage fee. WPS is a feature you activate when you need it on a per-call basis.)This works out to about $60 per year that you are personally responsible to pay to your wireless carrier.

All InfraGard Members who fill out the form below will receive their own GETS Calling Card.

*** If you already have GETS Calling Card, please DO NOT submit this form. To request changes or cancel your GETS/WPS services, please email us at: gets@infragardnational.org

  • Only supported carriers at this time. WPS is not supported by MetroPCS or other similar carriers that use other carrier's networks.
  • If using a company cell phone you must get permission to add WPS. Otherwise your corporate administrator will decline charges and WPS will not be added.
