NDRC Testing Working Group Document

What is the NDRC Testing Working Group Document?

The High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Reliability Testing Workflow Guideline was created to serve as a consolidated reference for technical and management personnel involved in the research and development (R&D), testing, and implementation of HEMP resilience measures from components and devices to large infrastructure. The authors’ purpose was to provide a collection of the references on HEMP testing and simulation programs, covering the full spectrum of the process from the program objectives and funding authorization, test article definition and lab configuration, test preparation and execution, and actions on data including formulation of cost-effective mitigation measures for HEMP resilience. The guideline was intended to be a living document and to be periodically updated per lessons learned from the readers.
