IMA Webinar: Open Cybersecurity Alliance ‘Indicators of Behavior’ Subproject

The Indicators of Behavior (IoB) Subproject under the Open Cybersecurity Alliance (OCA) aims to address the limitations of traditional Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) in the face of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. While IOCs focus on specific artifacts that indicate a system has been compromised, such as virus signatures or IP addresses, IoBs emphasize understanding and sharing patterns of adversarial behaviors. This shift is crucial for detecting and mitigating advanced persistent threats that may not be easily identified through static indicators alone.
