IMA Webinar Broadcast: Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC): OSINT Methods & Use Cases

This class will introduce the audience to Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), case studies, some of the OSINT tools used in investigation, and what tools are being found during the analysis process. Staff within criminal justice and critical infrastructure sectors need to be aware of what information is available and identifying potential risks to our communities.

Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) has been used for collection and analysis for decades in criminal case work. OSINT is now a common and necessary aspect of Internet Crimes Against Children cases as criminals become more experienced and educated in the technology arena.
