Mr. Dickman is a Senior Counsel in the Atlanta Regional Office of the SEC. He has served as the Atlanta Regional Office’s Liaison to the Division of Enforcement’s Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit since 2017 and is also a member of the Enforcement Division’s Microcap Fraud Task Force. Mr. Dickman has investigated and charge a wide range of matters involving violations of federal securities laws.
