Business Email Compromise (BEC) continues to be a persistent threat to individuals and organizations. Throughout the years, malicious campaigns evolve into sophisticated business operations. Understanding the mindset of the threat actor, the use of the unique domain registrations, and a reliance on social engineering will provide the necessary knowledge to avoid falling for scams.

This webinar will provide additional points to consider when crafting user awareness training and instill in intelligence analysts the necessary questions to ask themselves when responding to fraud alerts.
The learners will be able to: review your organization’s domain portfolio and look for opportunities to proactively protect against name-alike domains that may be used to impersonate your organization’s brand; analyze email traffic to locate instances of this specific scam and apply proper mitigations to prevent financial loss; and build upon existing user awareness training and refine training for team members in targeted roles.
