DESCRIPTION:This session will feature an overview of the key components required to build and operationalize a privacy and governance program\, focusing on the following key areas: i) fundamentals of building a risk governance program; ii) understanding and responding to consumer rights under US privacy laws; iii) privacy enforcement and privacy litigation.
